All-inclusive rental prices and terms for holiday home in Skagen
Calendar weeks 1–23 & 35-52
DKK 3.900 per week (DKK 500 discount for two or more weeks)

The holiday home in Skagen is privately owned - no holiday agency booking charges when you deal with us! We offer lower rental prices compared to agency-run properties. That is why our Skagen holiday home can be rented at such attractive prices.
- A week’s stay in the holiday home is from Saturday 15:00 to the following Saturday 10:00
- Subject to prior agreement, you can rent the holiday home for longer or shorter periods
- The tenant is responsible for cleaning
Terms of payment
- 30% of the rental fee payable on booking
- The remaining 70% of the rental fee and the deposit must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival
- To make your arrival as flexible as posssible, once we have received the full rental fee, we will send you two separate letters, one with a detailed map and one with the key to the house, saving you the time spent on collect the house key elsewhere on the day of arrival
- When you leave at the end of your stay, just check that all the windows and doors are locked, before leaving the key in the letterbox You must pay for any breakages or damage incurred during your stay
- Rental and deposit payment is made by cheque to the address given below or by bank transfer Contact the landlord for details about which bank account the rental fee and deposit should be transferred to. Remember to notify the landlord/account holder of the transfer

Terms of rental
Please note that, in addition to the terms stated on this website, the following terms and conditions also apply when renting this holiday home:
- A maximum of eight adults may stay at the same time in the holiday home on Skagavej 166 in Skagen
- If a stay is cancelled by the tenant, the landlord shall be entitled to keep all rental fees paid so far
- If the rental and deposit payments are still not paid in full eight (8) days after the agreed payment deadline, the landlord may unilaterally cancel the rental contract and shall be entitled to keep all rental fees paid so far
- The tenant shall be liable for any damage to the holiday home or its inventory
- Any complaints made by the tenant shall only be accepted if received by the landlord no later than five (5) days after commencement of the rental period. In the event of complaints, contact the landlord using the email address or telephone number stated below. The tenant must give the landlord a reasonable amount of time to remedy the complaint as well as assist in minimising any damage
- Even though the tenant has booked final cleaning of the holiday home, the tenant must still leave the house in a tidy state. The tenant must replace any used firewood with new firewood.
- Subject to the provisions of Danish legislation, the landlord shall only be liable for an amount corresponding to the rental fee paid
- Should one of terms stated on this website be without legal effect, this shall not affect the validity of the other terms
- The contract shall be governed by Danish law and the venue shall be Aarhus
